Sick Joke

Picking out my classes for school can be a sick joke. It seems like there are 5 million classes to choose from, but 95% of them are filled (cough late registration cough). I miss the good old days where my schedule would handpicked by one of the principals *note elementary through middle school*. I feel like I either overwhelm myself with difficult classes or am just not choosing the "right" ones. I guess it has to to do with that weird thing called growing up or something.

This semester I will be taking Econometrics, Microeconomics, Finite Math for Business, and Calculus for Business students. Sounds fancy? Not really.

1. No classes before 9 AM - I suffered my Freshman + part of my Sophomore year and I set myself to get some more sleep this semester.

2. Spand my classes out - I made the mistake of having back to back classes the past three semesters. I remember sitting my 2 PM Ecomonic's class just spacing out the entire time, because I was exhausted from getting to bed at 1-2 AM and waking up at 6:00 AM every morning.

3. Join clubs & have more fun on campus - Although this has nothing to do with my schedule, I was somewhat part of UIC's running club (went to 1-2 group runs) last semester. I really want to indulge myself in UIC's culture. Can anyone say marketing club?
I'm extremely excited to be done with my prerequisites this semester, because then I'll be able to take classes that spark my interest. 3 semesters done, 5 more to go.
