You're All In One Trend Guide for Fall & Winter 2012
Metallics are everything for this season.
Luckily H&M just released two videos talking about what the latest trends that everyone will be wearing for the Fall/Winter season. Before watching this video, I definitely knew that metallics, leather (in any kind of form), and the tomboyish silhouette are some of the trends to watch out for.
What I didn't know was that for women the must-have for this season is a pair of slacks. Whether it'd be metallic or a leather pair, slacks are a necessity for this upcoming fall season. I'm also loving the textures of fabrics that tons of designers are using (cough tweed, neoprene). For women this season is definitely not a disappointment.

On the other hand, for the men this season is all about "portraying the British man" with tons of tailored pieces. Pants are short and can be fitted or straight. I'm loving the color palette for H&M Men's Fall/Winter collection. That mustard cardigan will for sure be in my closet this season.

Well in Australia we are heading into spring and summer now, but it's exciting to see what instore for when things start to cool down again. Agreed mustard cardigan is a must have. I loved seeing the flashes of green my fav colour.
