I'm totally obsessed with the ASOS Short Sleeve Belted Dress because of the bright blue that seems to very popular on the runway. It's so eye catching yet you can wear it without looking like a neon sign. The ASOS yellow clutch accents the dress with a bright yellow and the Zara Heels are to calm down the outfit as a whole.
